All EHEF participants were requested to arrange their own accommodation and transportation.

Fair exhibitors were urged to book their rooms as soon as possible due to the peak season in terms of several national and international events in New Delhi.

The organisers have negotiated special room rates with certain top-class hotels (5-star hotels) nearby the venue for your convenience.
We apologise that even the special room rates are still quite high, but due to the peak season it was not possible to negotiate lower room rates.

In order to avoid health problems the organisers recommend to book hotels mentioned here. Travelling during the rush hour takes a lot of time in New Delhi, therefore the recommended hotels are nearby the venue.
